Listed Buildings
Park Grange Farm, Loughborough is a listed buildings project which began in December, 2024.
The Starting Point
The project started with old, run-down buildings, as shown to the right, which have now been refurbished and brought to life once again. Whilst building a new suitable and pleasant environment over this does come with quite the challenge, our team of experts innovated on the design to provide a seamless transition from an old and uninhabitable building to lively home for our clients. This involved transforming the old farmhouse into a complex of five flats, all whilst maintaining its primary structure.
